Puffins and Kingfishers were treated to a unique Science lesson this week as part of our learning about the circulatory system. Dr Bowman kindly visited the school to share her expertise, performing a dissection of a heart and lungs. The session included an in-depth exploration and discussion of the key functions of the organs in which the children got hands-on experience. There was a quiz to test and build knowledge as the children had chance to demonstrate what they have been learning over the last few lessons.
