Below are some resources that may be helpful to support the mental health of children and adults during the lockdown/pandemic. We will update this page regularly if we find any more. If you know of any others that should be included, please send them in to school for us to share.

Use the following link to support your child’s metal health. There are different activities to brighten their mood relating to mindfulness activities to even checking in with a ‘Christmas Mental Elf.’


Keep talking about how your child is feeling. Talking is very important. Take a look at the link below and make an emotional tracker.
