Our PTA Committee consists of;

The committee meets on a regular basis, with a full meeting once every half term and smaller working groups meeting as necessary to organise the larger, more complicated events. All meetings are open to all parents and anyone is welcome to come along, whether or not you have an official role.
The role of the chairperson is to chair and guide the committee meetings and to liaise between the committee, staff and parents about PTA events and fundraising opportunities.
Additional support
In addition to the elected committee, it is valuable to have a list of volunteers/helpers, who are willing to support the work of the committee.
Constitution info – The constitution is probably the most important document a PTA has as it sets out the rules and procedures by which committee members govern the association.
