In Science this half term we have been looking at our bodies and how they change.
Last week we became real scientists and tried to answer the question on everyone’s lips, ‘Do people with bigger feet also have bigger hands?’.
We first of all made predictions and then thought about how we could find out. We got into pairs and helped each other draw round our hands and feet then measure the length of each. We then collated our data and tried to see if there was any relationship between people who had bigger feet and the size of their hands.
I’m sure you will be pleased to know that yes, people with bigger feet usually do have bigger hands, you can now all sleep at night.
The class worked really hard today and I was super impressed with how well they worked with each other.
