First stop Vimy Ridge. We visited the memorial to the Canadian soldiers who gave their lives in WW1 and walked through the trenches.

Tranmere Park Primary School are proudly exhibiting their art work at Guiseley Theatre as part of their Tales Told Festival. Get down to the theatre – you will be impressed.

Today our year 6 pupils (and a couple of year 5s) enjoyed a Maths lesson from Miss Smith at Guiseley School. They were taught all about the scientific calculator and how you can use it to solve mathematical equations. I think they’re all ready for high school Maths. Ask your child what they learnt today.
