Yorkshire Tea National Cricket Week

Posted on by housdend

Hundreds of primary schools across the country have been taking part in the Yorkshire Tea National Cricket week since Monday. The week is designed to encourage young boys and girls to take up the sport in its many forms and to stay physically active inside and outside of school.
Years 1 and 2 kicked things off on Tuesday with children of all abilities taking part in throwing, catching and batting activities with some excellent coaching from Year 6. Years 3 and 4 would have impressed Dynamo with the amount of balls they made disappear on Thursday! And Years 5 and 6 will be part this lunchtime – weather permitting!
