Doves Science: Representation of blood

Today, we learnt that our blood is:

• Red Blood Cells - 44%
• White Blood Cells -  0.05%
• Plasma -    55%
• Platelets -    0.05%

We then represented this using red/white hama beads, a water and custard solution and a chocolate sprinkle.
