Woodpeckers - Science - Melting

In Woodpeckers, we tried to find the melting points for three different types of chocolate: milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate. We ensured that it was a fair test by using the same amount of chocolate each time and using water at the same temperature for all three. 

Our results showed that dark chocolate melted the quickest. When we looked into this, we found out this is because it has a higher level of cocoa and less milk/sugar, which can slow down the melting process.
