EYFS Super Soup

Bluebirds and Robins made carrot and potato soup yesterday. They practised lots of cooking skills like using bridge and claw techniques to cut (pre-cooked) carrots and potatoes as well as mashing, stirring and grinding (pepper and salt). We heard some lovely conversations about things like halves and quarters as well as cooking that they have done at home. We all had some soup at afternoon playtime to warm us up.
