On Muddy Puddle Day, Puffins, Kingfishers and Doves participated in some outdoor learning. The children learned some new skills and had to put their teamwork ability to the test. The activities included: using a flint and steel to make a fire, using a bowline knot to make a hammock and measure trees to work out its age (circumference divided by growth rate). The children had a fantastic day!
