End of week 3 -TTR update

Good morning, Tranmere Park.

Wow! Another incredible week. RECORD BREAKING (I haven’t actually fact-checked this, but with scores this high, it has to be so let’s just go with it.) A week full of FA cup style upsets once again – sneak preview: Year 1/2 and Year 2 go marching on towards the top of the table. I LOVE IT.

Without further ado, these are the results from last week – feel free to read them in the monotone voice used by the man on final score; I always do.

Kingfishers vs Skylarks
41,072 vs 21,834 (43,668 after the double – they have done the double, the 5/6 double – two wins on the spin for our youngest children, defeating Doves and Kingfishers – WOW)
Star Players: Luca Green (15,543), Frank Buckle (11,589), Sophie Cooke (5,869)

Puffins vs Falcons
49,618 vs 39,314 (another incredibly high score for Falcons – their luck has to turn soon. If the table was based upon a points total, you’d be 4th.) Well done, Puffins – you are right up there now.)
Star Players: Dominic Green (17,012 – WOW – top score this week), William Berry (7,181) and Oscar de Baise (6,200)

Doves vs Red Kites
32,218 vs 23,475
Star Players: Oliver Ross (9,288), Ishan Gin (8,207) and Matilda Brady (5,428)

Herons vs Woodpeckers
53,843 vs 26,864
Star Players: Daniel Vine (14,310), Elys Lewis (13,080), Jack Gordon (12,511), Thomas Arnold (11,684), Oscar Whitaker (10,695) and Harrison Ross (5,862)

This coming week has some big, BIG fixtures too:

Woodpeckers vs Falcons

Skylarks vs Red Kites

Doves vs Herons

Puffins vs Kingfishers

Please find the updated league table attached. And, before you go,……

Now, for the BIG NEWS! The news that makes me grin from ear to ear and dance around the trophy a little. TRANMERE PARK ARE THE TOP PERFORMING SCHOOL IN LEEDS AND BRADFORD.

Our average speed is 3.81, helping us climb above our nearest rival’s speed (3.84).

WE’RE TOP OF THE LEAGUE, WE’RE TOP OF THE LEEEEEAAAAGUE, WE’RE TRANMERE PARK AND WE’RE TOP OF THE LEEEEEAAAAAGGGGUUUUUEEE.

We now have 55% of our school playing and, those who are, are getting 90% of their questions right. This really is tremendous, but, can we do even better?! Show me what you are made of, TPPS.

Have a top week, everyone.
