On Wednesday, our team went down to the Leeds United training ground, Thorp Arch, to participate in the city finals for the Road to Wembley U11’s tournament. Only 10 schools qualified to take part in this event out of all of the schools in Leeds! The team did really well but unfortunately were knocked out in the group stages. They were a credit to Tranmere Park, not only with their footballing skills but also due to their commendable sportsmanship. Well done to all involved, you should be really proud of yourselves!
