We’ve started an English unit on poetry today – specifically looking at different styles of poetry. We read Michael Rosen’s ‘For Naomi’ which lists the embarrassing things that he does as a father. That sparked a very interesting discussion about the things that our own parents do that causes us mild-to-extreme embarrassment.
